DURHAM, N.C. North Carolina Connections Academy, the newest online public school, has received some of the highest Teacher Working Conditions Survey results than many schools across the state. Nathan Currie, School Leader says, “We are beginning to see the first of our successes.” In reviewing our results, our results exceeded the state average in 99% of the standards. The school shows strong areas in discipline, teacher leadership, and collaboration. North Carolina Connections Academy is a free virtual public school that serves students in Kindergarten through 10 th grade.
