♦ Thursday Dwayne Jaquan Means, Jr. AKA “Rude Boy”, alleged member of the Blood Nation Gang and on the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office Most Wanted List, was arrested Thursday at an apartment in Winston-Salem, N.C. on Drug and a stolen firearm charges. The charges come from a search warrant at 255 Long Bow Road in Salisbury back on December 5th when local, state, and federal investigators raided the residence and turned up a stolen firearm and 3 grams of heroin.

Means was charged with possessing stolen goods (felony) and possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver controlled substance I (felony). Under a secured $100,000 bond, he is being held in the Rowan County Detention Center.

Thursday’s raid in Winston-Salem was a joint effort of the Winston-Salem Police Department, the Salisbury Police, the SBI, and the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office.
