♦ Salisbury Police sources report that on Friday Shemika Davis, 35, living on the 700 block of Bringle Ferry Rd. near N. Green Street was the victim of a burglary–forcible entry. The crime was reported to 911 dispatch at 10 p.m. The back door was forced open and used as the entry and exit door during the burglary. The burglar(s), unknown to the victim, walked off with $2,500 in paper currency. No injuries were reported.
At this time there have been no arrests or suspects named.
