♦ Not a day goes by in Salisbury without a stack of larcenies ranging from a homeless individual stuffing hamburger into undergarments at Walmart to larger ticket items like cars and expensive rings. Lock your doors, safes, gym lockers, cars, and garages because the odds are Salisbury’s vast army of petty thieves and felons are on the move in your neighborhood. Chain your porch furniture to your railings. Tonight or this afternoon you may have someone scoping out your “stuff” to convert to cash for heroin, meth, or crack. Right now, while you are at work, thieves are combing through your neighborhood for a quick score. Lock it up or lose it–a simple formula.
