♦ According to Rowan County Sheriff’s Office sources Aaron Plumley, 37, was the victim of a burglary–forcible entry in the 2000 block of Dunns Mountain Road, Salisbury, N.C. on Sunday. The crime was reported to 911 dispatch at 9:48 a.m. Method of entry was both by bodily forced and the use of a cutting object. Stolen were a Frigidaire stove top ($400), Oven ($3,000), and sink ($300). Total estimated loss of stolen kitchen equipment was $3,700. A counter top was damaged and trimming was damaged. The value of the damage was set at $2,000.
The burglary remains under investigation. No suspects are yet revealed.

♦ Rowan County Sheriff’s Office sources reported on Sunday that Jesse Robinson and the Ross Pittman Assett Group, LL.C were victims of a burglary–forcible entry at 723 W. Rice Street where a sizable amount of expensive tools were stolen from the home. The crime was reported to 911 dispatch at 3:58 p.m.
The manifest for the burgled tools reports the 2 ladder jacks, a roofing nailer, 2 roto zip kits, 6 assorted ladders, a generator, an expandable walkway bench, air compressor, framing nailer, roofing nailer, water hoses, laser level, bolt kit, corded drywall drills, drywall screw gun, 3 aluminum benches, and 2 propane tank w/heater. The total value of the stolen tools was set at $4,200. A propane tank w/heater was later found and returned.
Blood was left on a window screen. The burglary remains under investigation.
