♦ According to Salisbury Police sources Terrence Burt Robb, a convicted felon living at 209 N. Ellis Street in Salisbury, was arrested on Wednesday April 12th at 530 Mocksville Avenue for alleged controlled substance II drug possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver. After a vehicle search, Robb was handcuffed, taken into custody, and driven away to be processed eventually into the Rowan County Detention Center for a short stay.

Robb was charged with possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver controlled substance schedule II (felony), sell/deliver control substance schedule II (felony), maintain a dwelling/vehicle for controlled substance (felony).
Under a secured $15,000 bond, Robb was placed in the Rowan County Detention Center before he bonded out.
