♦ The Salisbury Police are searching for a dark (black–blue) recent model Honda Accord with tinted windows involved in a hit and run with a police vehicle (2015 black and white 4-door Chevvy Caprice patrol car) at approximately 8:15 p.m. Sunday. The Honda Accord fled the scene of the accident at Statesville Boulevard and W. Innes Street. A Salisbury Police dash cam still of the Honda Accord:

The officer driving the damaged patrol car was Brandon Casper, 36. No injuries were reported. The car is valued at $10,0000. Estimates of the total damage to the patrol car are not yet available.
