♦ Salisbury Police and street sources report that Leslie Kendall Stefon Felder AKA Leslie Wendall Stefon Felder, 19, of the 1600 block of Bringle Ferry Road in Salisbury, was the victim of an assault–gun by a person unknown to him on the street Saturday night by 200 W. Marsh Street. At time of this writing, it was not confirmed whether he was shot or merely clubbed with a pistol. The crime was reported to 911 dispatch at 10:27 p.m. Felder sustained minor injuries.
If he was shot, this marks the third time he was targeted by a shooter.
