♦ Nathaniel Lee Lynn, sought for the alleged Fulton Heights Gutter Thefts, was arrested Thursday Afternoon by the Canton Police department after he was stopped for failure to wear a seatbelt. A computer check of Lynn informed the Canton Police he was wanted in Salisbury.
According to Salisbury Police sources Lynn is being temporarily held in the Haywood County Detention Center under a secured $10,000 bond. Lynn will be transported back to Rowan County in the near future to face charges. Is first court appearance is set to be on May 22nd.
Nathaniel Lee Lynn AKA Nathan Lee Lynn, 38, was sought for 2 counts of larceny (misdemeanor) and a count of larceny (felony) as a suspect in the gutter larcenies in the Fulton Heights area of Salisbury. Lynn may be driving a blue Toyota Camry. His last known address was 110 Pinecrest Street, Salisbury, N.C. Warrants are issued for the gutter thefts at 217 S. Church Street, 420 Mitchell Avenue, and 422 Mitchell Avenue. The crimes all occurred on May 1st, 2017.
