The RFP’s Previous Article about Angelina Melinda Marsh on appeared on May 5th: “Salisbury: A Woman is Arrested Thursday Afternoon for Alleged INDECENT EXPOSURE at the Country Cupboard on Statesville Boulevard”:
**Warning: If you are easily offended by reports of female indecent exposure or you are under the age of 18, you are admonished not to read beyond this point.**
♦ As law and order continues its freefall in Salisbury, apparently not well recorded by our police statisticians, perhaps a new phylum of lurid crime is emerging locally. Sure we’ve all heard of male indecent exposure? Who can erase the imagery of a man, a summer or two ago, arrested for indecent exposure for allegedly fondling himself while staring glazed-eyed at the Wells-Fargo parking lot mural?
What we are about to report was not gleaned from the pages of “Psychopathia Sexualis” or “the Weird Crime Gazette”, it arrives sizzling off the event and bulletin website of the Salisbury Police.
On Thursday an employee of the Country Cupboard convenience store at the BP station on 2010 Statesville Boulevard called 911 dispatch at 2:55 p.m. to report that a woman was parading around unclothed in parking lot. The RFP, in the name of basic human decency, will not report that numerous cars were slowing down to gawk at the young woman. Had Salisbury undressed into Asheville?
The Salisbury Police soon arrived after the dispatch and allegedly found Angelina Melinda Marsh, 27, of the streets of Salisbury, in the street on the Woodleaf Road side of the BP parking lot. It was reported to the police “that she (Marsh) was standing in the parking lot with her pants off and no underwear.” A police report states that Marsh has an infinity symbol tatt on her pelvis area.
Angelina Melinda Marsh:
Officers questioned Marsh if she was at the Country Cupboard and took her clothes off. She remained silent.
Marsh was arrested without resistance, handcuffed, and taken into custody. She was charged with indecent exposure (misdemeanor). Under a secured $1,500 bond, she is being held in the Rowan County Detention Center.
Marsh is seen frequently on the streets of Downtown Salisbury and elsewhere in the city. According to Police sources, due to her previous alleged larcenous adventures. panhandling, and skipping out on guest checks, Marsh is banned from numerous retailers, restaurants, and filling station convenience stores around Salisbury: Walmart, Gateway Park, Speedway, Wilco-Hess (E. Innes St.) Waffle House (E. Innes St.), Burger King, Pizza Hut (Jake Alexander Blvd), Innes Street Market, and Cracker Barrel. Now the Country Cupboard will join this elite group.
