♦ According to sources in the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office Dakotah Eugene Munson, 24, of 1850 Scout Road in Salisbury was arrested Thursday afternoon by the Rowan Country Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for sexual exploitation of a minor (3rd degree) (felony). The warrant resulted from an investigation by the State Bureau of Investigation’s Computer Crimes Unit. The warrant stated Munson possessed a video of a unknown male minor, between 12 and 15 years old, engaged in the sexually touching himself.
Dakotah Eugene Munson:
Under a secured $35,000 bond, Munson was placed in the Rowan County Detention Center until he bonded out. Munson may face additional charges in a continuing investigation.

♦ Salisbury Police Department sources report Arthur Levon Stiller, 66, a felon living on 230 Ackert Avenue in Salisbury, was served warrants for an alleged statutory rape and exploitation of a minor. He arrested at 10 a.m. by the Salisbury Police at 130 E. Liberty Street.
Stiller was charged with statutory rape/sex offense 13 14 15 year-old by def 6 years older (felony) and sexual exploitation–use/employ minor (1st degree) (felony). Under a secured $20,000 bond, he was being held in the Rowan County Detention Center until he was released on bail.
