♦ According to Salisbury Police sources Cassey Nicole Stewart AKA Cassey Blount, 33, living on 1818 1st St. in Salisbury and Chester Wayne Johnson, 33, of Westlake Lane, Salisbury, were arrested Wednesday afternoon at a construction sight on 1519 E. Innes after allegedly assaulting and robbing a handicapped acquaintance Wesley Biggers, 59, in Applebee’s parking lot at 205 Faith Road. Biggers, alleged to suffer from Parkinson’s disease, a neurodegenerative disease that effects memory, speech, balance, and gait was shoved to the ground and allegedly had his pockets rifled by Stewart and Johnson. The pair allegedly took off toward E. Innes Street with Biggers’s wallet containing a debit card and $320 in cash. According to the reports Biggers sustained no injuries.

According to reports Stewart, sweating, and breathing hard when Salisbury Police officer stopped her on E. Innes Street, claimed she was exercising. Soon she and Johnson were handcuffed and taken into custody.
