♦ Salisbury, NC (January 17, 2014)–The Rowan Public Library Book Bites Book Club meets each month at the South Rowan Regional Library in China Grove to talk up a good book–and have a few tasty bites! The club meets the last Tuesday of each month from 6:30-8:00 pm.
Members choose the book list and take turns leading the discussions. And if you like food, this is the book club for you! Members take turns bringing light refreshments that are tied in with the book’s theme. For example when reading Into the Wild, a story of survival in the Alaskan wilderness, the group snacked on trail mix and berries just like the character in the book.
