♦ According to Salisbury Police sources Brandi Starr Kinley, 37, living at 103 St. Paul’s Church Road, was arrested this past Wednesday for allegedly embezzling $268 in currency from the Speedway convenience store (Formerly Wilco-Hess) at 500 E. Innes street. The crime was reported to 911 dispatch at 4:01 p.m.
Brandi Starr Kinley:
Kinley was charged with “larceny by servants and other employees” and was held briefly in the Rowan County Detention Center before she was bonded out.

♦ Salisbury Police sources report that Roneisha Leshay Woodruff, 27, of 1327 W. Bank Street, turned herself in for arrest on Thursday for allegedly going through the pockets of Corey Parnell Sims and stealing his wallet as he lay on the ground bleeding out from multiple gunshot wounds. The shooting took place at 8o2 N. Green Street at 3 a.m on September 17th. Sims was allegedly shot by Damion Jermaine Morrow, 39. Sims was transported to Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem where he was since released.
Woodruff was charged with larceny and was placed under a secured $1,000 bond and held in the Rowan County Detention Center before bonding out.
