♦ According to Rowan County Sheriff’s Office Sources Justin Taylor Moss, 28, a convicted felon living at 405 Forest Winds Drive in Salisbury, was arrested by Sheriff’s deputies at 240 Brooks Link Road at 4:48 p.m. on Sunday for an alleged burglary and felony larceny at the same Brooks Link Road address earlier in the day. Under a secured $75,000 bond, Moss is being held in the Rowan County Detention Center.

Taylor allegedly used bodily force on 2 windows to gain entry into the Links Road home where he allegedly stole $900 worth of jewelry (returned after arrest) and damaged 2 windows (value estimated at $1,300). Taylor was acquainted with homes 3 victims: Susan Hicks, 34, Joyce Earnhardt, 67, and Chris Cruz, 32, which led to his arrest when he returned later Sunday.
