♦The police are offering a 10,000 dollar reward for some penny ante Salisbury ”Cook Out” Bandit. Where is the reward for the “School Board Gang” and their legal team attempting a 40 million dollar heist of the Rowan County taxpayers? It we don’t have enough trouble without a school board demanding their names inscribed on a bronze plaque at 329 S. Main in the crime ridden, poverty soaring, and educationally destitute Salisbury, now they want run up our property taxes big time on our homes and businesses. Even in Salisbury the current school board regime will be driving property taxes up on everybody. A city with soaring poverty and frequently unable to retain or attract businesses–they will be nailed with higher property taxes. They won’t even see a downtown Central Office since the School Board Gang demands to go to court to drain the county taxpayers and waste time.
Heroic medals should be pinned School Board members who stood up for our taxpayers by voting NO to the school board’s greed fueled rush to nowhere. Thank you Josh Wagner and Chuck Hughes!
