♦ The Rowan County Commissioners will meet on Monday March 17th at 6 p.m. in the J. Newton Cohen Room at the Rowan County Administration Building on 130 West Innes Street in Salisbury, N.C.
Items of special interest:
• A discussion of a necessity of sewer easement with the Rowan County Agricultural and Industrial Fair.
• The renewal of a lease for Amos Aviation who deals with flight instruction and pipeline monitoring. Amos Aviation leases office space and a pair of t-hangers and desires to renew their lease for 3 more years. They also want a computer assisted testing center for their flight students. The office rental will be increased an additional $25.00.
• The county commissioners will examine approving a contract with Martin Starnes & Associates to conduct Rowan County’s annual audit.
• Request for Qualifications for Roofing Achitectural Services
• Proclamation for Child Abuse Prevention Month
