♦ The Rowan County Commissioners met on Monday March 17th at 6 p.m. in the J. Newton Cohen Room at the Rowan County Administration Building on 130 West Innes Street in Salisbury, N.C.
This evening there was a brief discussion of the necessity of a sewer easement with the Rowan County Agricultural and Industrial Fair prior to the Rowan County Commissioners going onto closed session concerning attorney-client privilege communication and an incentive package agreement.
