♦Rowan-Salisbury Schools are on a three-hour delay Tueday for students with a one-hour delay for staff. Rowan County is under a Winter Weather Advisory and expecting freezing rain, freezing drizzle, and freezing fog. Those driving are warned to use caution and expect black ice. The advisory ends at 11:00 a.m. RSSS schools were released early Monday due to winter weather conditions.
