♦ If Salisbury’s “leadership” can afford to hand out any more keys to the city, they best give one to “Six Pack” over in “Tarp City”.
Salisbury’s leadership is missing a tremendous opportunity to study a trend setting model on the edge of the Salisbury. As the perfect storm takes root here in the Bury, Six Pack and the “Children of the Night” in Tarp City will be a guiding beacon to the city’s next direction: Survival.
We also should be asking: Why is Livingstone’s President Jimmy Jenkins being shaken down for a 1,023 fire code violations in such a humiliating fashion by Salisbury’s City Council? Is there more to this story? Does the city of Salisbury covet Livingstone property over in the West End and Livingstone is unwilling to turn it loose?
