♦ According to Salisbury Police sources another shooting occurred down on the 400 block of Grim Street in Salisbury, N.C.’s notorious West End. A yet identified 47 year old black male was shot in the chest after a card game went sour last Saturday around 11 p.m. It was the 2nd reported shooting on Grim Street in several weeks.
The victim took a single bullet in the chest and was transported to Novant Rowan Medical Center. His condition was rated as non serious.
The police were summoned to a Grim Street house where it was reported that two black males were arguing on a porch during a BBQ and shots were fired. Apparently the argument ensued after the card game.
As yet no arrests were reported, but the incident is still under investigation.
