♦ Bring family and friends to celebrate National Train Day! Enjoy the experience of riding on vintage rail cars at the NC Transportation Museum on 101-1099 South Salisbury Avenue, Spencer NC. The NC Transportation Museum will be open on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. We will be running our regular passenger car and our caboose train.
A free shuttle from Salisbury Station will be available when trains arrive and depart (during event hours).
Event includes:
Train Rides, Model Train Display, Roundhouse Tours, Nataionl Train Day Amtrak Information, Gift Shop and more.
Enjoy free National Tray Day Cake and Refreshments.

Seniors/Active Military: $10
Children (3-12): $8
Kids 2 and under are free
Visitors may choose to ride the passenger train or caboose train. Ride both for an additional $6/person.

Discounts on Amtrak travel are available for those traveling by rail to Salisbury Station.
