♦ The squeeker for third place in the Rowan County Commissioner Race between Judy Klusman and Raymond Coltrain is up for a recount due the outcome which separated Klusman and Coltrain by less than 1%. It’s likely that a recount could be completed by the end of the week. Nearly 200 absentee ballots are yet to be counted.
When last evening’s voting ended, Klusman took 3rd place with 12,980 votes while Raymond Coltrain was in 4th place with 12,904. A recount might change all of that.
