♦ It’s official. The Yadkin River along with relevant portions covered by the Alcoa dams were ruled navigable. Governor McCrory and the State of North Carolina attempt to expropriate the dams and lay claim to the land beneath the former riverbeds is “dead on arrival”. No government land grab can be done to grab Alcoa’s land for the so-called “common good”.
