I am a 1996 graduate of Southwestern Randolph High School, a 2001 graduate of Western Carolina University with a degree in music, and a 2011 graduate the University of Phoenix.   Upon graduation from WCU in 2001, I became a teacher at Eastern Randolph High School.  I was the Director of Bands there for 8 years.  My students and staff were able to maintain a well respected and highly decorated program.

In 2009, I became an assistant principal at THS.  I am currently responsible for several departments on campus.  I also take care of all bus discipline and issues and any book-related matters.   I am a member of the school improvement team and several other committees.  In 2011, I served as the Vice-President of the Randolph County Assistant Principal’s Association and am currently serving this organization as president this year.

I have been married to my college sweetheart, Elissa Brown, for 10 years and we have two gorgeous boys, Noah (5) and Mason (1).  I enjoy playing with my kids, playing golf and boating at the lake.

As previously stated, I couldn’t be more excited to be a part of the Bulldog Nation.  The faculty and staff of Trinity High School is a fantastic group of caring and hard working individuals.  We are committed to “Whatever It Takes” to see our students succeed.”
