♦ Sources in the Salisbury Police Department report that Cristopher Wayne Graham, 28, living at the Pine Hill Apartments at 410 W. 15th Street in Salisbury was arrested at that address Tuesday, after attempting to flee from officers, for allegedly opening a safe and embezzling $2,076 in cash at Marco’s Pizza at 413 East Innes Street in the early morning hours Tuesday.
Christopher Wayne Graham:
Graham was charged with resist/delay/obstruct a public officer (misdemeanor) and larceny by servants and other employees (felony). Under a secured $6,500 bond, he is being held in the Rowan County Detention Center.

Salisbury Police sources report that Marco’s Pizza at 413 East Innes in Downtown Salisbury was the victim of larceny–all other on Tuesday. The crime was reported at 8:56 a.m. A safecracker entered Marco’s by “key/lock bypassing” and opening a safe. He helped himself to $2,076 in cash and a zipper money bag (estimated value at $35). The safe cracker exited the building. Later in the day the crime was deemed an embezzlement.
