♦ A noticeable spike in home, commercial building, and vehicle arsons in 2016. Are persons setting structures and vehicles on fire for revenge, to strike back at love gone sour, or to score on insurance? Or are these run on arsons a way to get rid of a Salisbury home or building owners can’t unload and the insurance payout looks far better?
