♦ Salisbury Police sources report that Stephanie Jean Mayberry, 41, of 926 S. Fulton Street, Salisbury was arrested Thursday for alleged crack possession, child abuse, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Officers pulled Mayberry over for a traffic stop by the Burger King at 824 E. Innes Street at 7:16 P.M. A search of the vehicle’s interior allegedly turned up crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia. A child was reported in the car.
Stephanie Jean Mayberry:
Mayberry was arrested and charged with 2 counts of possession of control substance schedule II (felony), possession of drug paraphernalia (misdemeanor), and child abuse (misdemeanor). Under a secured $3,000 bond, she is being held in the Rowan County Detention Center. Her first court appearance is slated for Tuesday April 11th.
