♦ According to Salisbury Police sources William Harrison, 41, living on E. Fisher Street in Salisbury, was the victim of “assault-gun”, “larceny-from motor vehicle”, “larceny all other”, “all other discharging firearm”, and “miscellaneous property damage” at his second property on 707 E. Council Street on Sunday. Harrison faced a gunman who threatened him with a handgun and fired into the hood of Harrison’s vehicle. In the end the bandit left with Harrison’s $800 cellphone. Harrison was reported to be acquainted with his assailant. No injuries were reported. The crime was reported to 911 dispatch at 12:45 a.m.
The case remains open. So far there were no arrests.
