♦ A Salisbury Dollar General on Mooresville Road was one of three Generals in Rowan County that got robbed this past weekend. A pair of thieves broke their way through the Dollar General’s plate glass windows and looted the Mooresville Road establishment.
Two other Dollar General robberies in China Grove and Granite Quarry may be linked according to Salisbury Police sources. Surveillance video shows the pair broke into a cigarette display with a hammer. The Granite Quarry Dollar General break-in very much resembled the one done in Salisbury.
